Our Story

It started with a desire to close the digital divide

Our journey began with a vision to enhance digital literacy within our community. Recognising the growing importance of digital skills, we ran our first training programme to equip people with the knowledge needed to thrive in the digital age — and watched the impact ripple outward.

That spark led us to ask why we should stop at training when we could do so much more. We leveraged our background in computer science to expand into software, web development, data recovery and branding — and in August 2022, formally incorporated as Witty Inventions Digital Agency Ltd under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020.

Today, our mission has grown alongside us: to create a positive impact on society by harnessing technology for the betterment of our community, country, and continent.

July 2020 — Founded

Began as a grassroots digital literacy initiative in Bonny Island, Rivers State.

2020–2022 — Service expansion

Grew from training into software development, data recovery and custom branding services.

August 2022 — Official incorporation

Incorporated as a private company limited by shares (RC 1958040) under CAMA 2020.

Today — Building for Africa

A four-person team delivering custom software, a Hospital Management System, an LMS, and new products in the pipeline — including Youthful, Minstrel Africa and BUMS.

Microsoft Office Suite expert and graphics designer with half a decade of teaching experience. Heads the Design Team and directs WIDA Academy tutorials.

Precious Jibri-Inu

Director of Accounts

Microsoft Excel specialist. B.Sc. Financial Accounting, Niger Delta University. Controls and tracks all financial transactions and budget flow.

Latifa Jibri-Inu

Content & Social Media Manager

Certified UI/UX designer and WIDA Academy instructor, managing all company digital content, SMM accounts and UI/UX design work.
